Terms and conditions

 

 

These terms and conditions apply for the participation to the 4th International Conference on Radioecology and environmental radioactivity (ICRER) to carried out by the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire (IRSN). 

 

  1. Registration Prices include:

  • meeting attendance

  • coffee breaks

  • 4 lunches (Mon-Thu)

  • welcome reception on Sunday

  • a printed program book

  • and an electronic version of the Conference proceedings.

 

  1. Registration modalities

  • Subject to the conditions hereafter defined, registration to the Conference above defined may be made through online registration on ICRER2017 website (www.icrer2017.com).

Such registration modalities will take place from February 1st, 2017 until August, 15th, 2017

  • Subject to specific payments modalities, the Secretariat of the Conference shall accept registration on-site at the time of Conference.

 

One registration is made for one participant.

In the contrary no registration request shall be taken into account.

In any case, confirmation of registration and payment will be sent via e-mail by the Secretariat of the Conference to the participant email address given in the registration request. In any case, no registration will be processed or confirmed until payment of the full amount has been duly received on dedicated bank account, and cumulatively if so apply, until presentation of written justification for reduced rate.

No modification of the online registration can be made once the registration formular will have been validated.

Prices are settled in Euros (€) and are including taxes.

** Student: BSc, MSc and PhD students.

* For reduced prices, payments must be received on  the dedicated bank account within ten (10) working days from the date of registration of the participant and must be received in any case not later than on August 21st, 2017.

Student rate will be applied upon presentation of a written justification of the participant as student, to the Secretariat of the Conference.

The present registration prices do not include the Conference dinner service for which an additional payment is requested below.

 

Additional fees:

Accompanying guest Registration

Accompanying guest may only take part to the Conference's dinner subject to the applicable rate below and provided that the participant with whom the Accompanying guest is taking part to the dinner is regularly registered and has paid all necessary subscription fees. In addition such Accompanying guest must be clearly identified on Participant subscription formular. For avoidance of doubt, only one subscription form is required for both the Participant and the Accompanying guest if applicable.

Subscription to the dinner must be made online. Otherwise no subscription to the dinner shall be taken into account.

 

  1. Terms of Payment

Payments are made only either by wire transfer on dedicated bank account, for which references are provided online, or by credit/debit card (Visa or Master Card).

Payments made at the Conference site may only be made by credit/debit card (Visa or Master Card) or  Euro cash.

Payment must be carried out without deduction of any kind and notably without any bank fees of any kind.Any dispute relating to an invoice shall be noticed to the Secretariat of the Conference at the time of the Conference and not later than thirty (30) days after the last day of the Conference.

 
  1. Cancellation and replacement policy:

Cancellation of registration to the Conference remains possible subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations request must be send in writing by e-mail to the Secretariat of the Conference: icrer2017@matheztravel.com. Bank information details must be joined to the e-mail.

Financial conditions apply as follows:

  • If the cancellation e-mail is received on June 15th, 2017 at the latest, a cancellation fee of twenty five euros (€ 25) will be deduced from registration fee reimbursement.

  • If the cancellation e-mail is received between June 16th until August 1st, 2017 at the latest, fifty per cent (50%) of the registration fees will be retained.

Refunds will be made after the Conference by wire transfer.

Cancellation received after August 1st, 2017 won’t give rise to refund possibility and registration fees will definitely remain to IRSN.

The present terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute not solved amicably shall be settled before the competent court.
